Everything you need to clean, prepare, and color seal your grout in one complete kit.

Coverage Note:

This kit is designed for DIY grout restoration projects up to approximately 400 sq ft, depending on tile size, grout width, grout condition, and application.

Kit Includes:

• 2 × GroutGuard Alkaline Grout Cleaner-32oz
• 1 × GroutGuard Color Sealer – 8oz
• 1 × GroutGuard Color Seal Applicator
• 1 × Grout Cleaning Brush Head

Step 1: Clean & Prepare

Use the Alkaline Grout Cleaner and Grout Brush to deep clean dirt, oils, grease, and buildup from the grout before color sealing.

Grout Brush: The included brush can be attached to a compatible 3/4” threaded broom handle or cleaning pole for stand up cleaning.HANDLE NOT INCLUDED.

Our cleaner is alkaline NOT acid based and is safe for use on grout and surrounding ceramic tile, porcelain tile, and natural stone when used as directed.

Step 2: Rinse & Dry

After scrubbing, rinse thoroughly with clean water using a mop or wet vacuum. Allow the grout to dry completely before applying color sealer.

Step 3: Color Seal

Apply GroutGuard Color Sealer using the included applicator to restore a clean, uniform grout color and help protect the grout.

Important: The Alkaline Grout Cleaner is intended for deep cleaning and grout preparation, not routine maintenance. It does not remove waxes or soap scum. After color sealing, use a pH-neutral cleaner for regular maintenance to help protect the color sealer and extend its longevity.
